Assistant Principal
Mrs. Robin HoagWelcome to Walker Park Elementary School! We are so glad to have you as a part of the family! This is my fourth year here at Walker Park and I Iove it more and more every year. Before becoming an administrator, I was a teacher in Walton County for eight years. I taught kindergarten, first grade, and third grade. I actually had many of the same children for each of those grades! I loved being a teacher at Atha Road Elementary School, but have been so warmly welcomed in my new role and in my new family. My hope is that you will feel that as well.
As a parent of three children, I was involved in my children’s school PTO and would highly recommend to you to also become a member of Walker Park’s PTO. It is a vital part of every school, and provides much needed support for the students. Your commitment to your child’s education will be one of his/her fondest memories and it offers the best example to them by highlighting the value that you place on their academic success. We welcome you here. I look forward to a fabulous year for you and your children at Walker Park Elementary School. I can’t wait to meet each and every student and begin to build a relationship that fosters their love for learning and for school. We will start on day one. Please introduce yourself if you see me and share your story. We can then begin the process of working together to meet your student’s needs and witness the growth that happens when children are surrounded by people who love and support them. |
